Auretics Limited intends to provide highest level of Satisfaction to its Independent Distributors. We ensure proper and timely support to all our  Distributors before and after purchase resulting in a smooth, seamless and delightful experience. Our logistic partners are capable of providing timely delivery with quality. We also keep our Distributor appraised about various stages of the order placed: Order Processing, Dispatch & Delivery.

  • Applicable shipping charges on products:

All orders above Rs.4000/- (Distributor’s Price) – Free Delivery

All orders below Rs.4000/- (Distributor’s Price) – Rs.90/- Courier Charges (Additional Courier Charges Applicable on Selected Pincodes)

Courier charges are not refundable.

We apply the following payment processing charges (GST Extra):

Credit Card – 2%

Debit Card – 1%

Internet Banking – 2%

  • Expected Delivery Period:

We try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.

It takes 7-10 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India, given that the delivery is not delayed due to concerns raised by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.

If in case the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, either due to mishap or unforeseen circumstances, the Distributor reverses the right to accept or cancel the delivery.In case the Distributor wishes to cancel, the refund is made directly to the Distributor’s bank account using the same mode the payment was received and the goods are taken back by the company.

The Distributors are advised that if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately call Auretics support at +91 90 90 90 0 247 or write an e-mail to [email protected] mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to the Distributor at the earliest.
