Usage:
• Wash your palms and soles with clean water and pat them dry. Shake the bottle well.
• Take 2–3 sprays on your palms and rub both palms together for about 5 minutes, covering the whole palm and fingers.
• Take 2–3 sprays on the soles of your feet and rub or massage for about 5 minutes, covering the whole sole.
• Let it absorb naturally — do not wash hands or feet for at least 30 minutes.
• Use twice a day: in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast, and at night before sleeping.
• Use it every day without skipping, or as directed by the physician.
